Under the leadership of the Group, 13 listed companies met with more than 100 institutional investors for unified communication and centralized road show, demonstrating Baowu's management practices in promoting the upgrading of strategic planning, the construction of state-owned capital investment companies, striving for a world-class great enterprise and value management of listed companies. In recent years, Baowu has improved the industrial concentration of the steel industry through strategic restructuring, enhanced the core competitiveness of the enterprise through professional integration, greatly improved the asset scale, revenue and profit level of the group, and achieved leapfrog development. In 2022, Baowu continues to maintain its leading position in the global steel industry with 132 million tons of steel production, and ranks 44th among the top 50 in the World's Top 500 for the first time. Baowu firmly implements the requirements of the central government, requiring that the internal value and market value of the listed companies under the subsidiary should be enhanced simultaneously, the core competitiveness should be strong, the market influence should be large, the professional advantage should be obvious, the quality brand should be prominent. In March last year, Baowu issued the listed company value management evaluation guidance, it is clear that the listed subsidiaries should improve the awareness of actively grafting the capital market, through the gradual establishment of a standardized and effective value management system, enhance the internal value of the enterprise, and then improve the resource allocation ability and capital operation efficiency, promote the merger and acquisition of strategic industries, achieve high quality development. Each listed subsidiary must carry out value management from the three dimensions of value creation, value marketing and value realization on the basis of the term operating responsibility target and annual business plan.
